All teens should be taught about all alternatives, responses to pregnancy. Many teens who find out when they’re pregnant, most of the time they don’t know what to do. Teen pregnancies have a great impact on a teen’s life majority of the time. Teens don’t think about their decisions because we teens don’t know any better. Teens haven’t had any experience in this field of life. Teens are taught on going to school, getting a good education and get a good career. Not all teens are taught alternative decisions in life situations.

My opinion to this situation is to teach every teen about other alternative ways in dealing with pregnancies. The reason why is because now a day’s teens usually have one option which is abortion. Abortion has a good side and a bad side. Abortion can affect not just the person that is pregnant but other people. It affects people’s religion and beliefs as well. Abortion to others is murder, which makes abortion a bad thing. The reason behind teens not knowing other ways of handling pregnancy is the lack of information of different alternatives.

Teen pregnancy is a big issue, this is because of what teens listen to, see, and hear about every day. All of these things influence teens about sex which leads to pregnancies. In order for teens to handle these situations is to take a second and think about what they’re going to do with the baby besides having an abortion. They could keep the baby and put the baby up for adoption, or they could try to raise the baby and see if it works out. During the pregnancy teens can be home schooled for just the period of time so that they won’t lose out in school. There are many different alternative ways in dealing with teen pregnancy.

Teens, who are having sex, should really think about the consequences they are going to deal with if they do get pregnant. Most teens don’t think about what they’re doing and what is at risk. They just do what they feel like doing. In the long run they are just putting themselves closer to very big problem that can have a big impact on their lives. With a good education on being pregnant or dealing with pregnancy teens will have smarter and wiser decisions.
