Roots and Recipes

My comfort food is gonna be shanghai lumpia. My mother makes this everytime whenever we have parties or other occasions. My experiences with this food are very interesting because i helped my mother cook and prepare this dish ever since i was a small boy.I am not sure about when im goin to interview my mom about this food. But some questions i'll be asking are, who taught you how to make this dish, why do you like making it, what is your favorite part on making this dish and so on.
